Please review the following agreement carefully. You must accept these terms in form below to participate in the Johnson's Furniture Influencer Showdown.

By participating in the Johnson's Furniture Influencer Showdown, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in this competition is voluntary. I assume responsibility for my own participation, including any travel, content creation, filming, social media activity, or promotional activities related to the competition.

I agree to release and hold harmless Johnson's Furniture, its owners, employees, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation in the competition, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that Johnson's Furniture may use, share, repost, edit, and promote content created during the competition, including photos, videos, social media posts, and my likeness, for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.

I agree to represent Johnson's Furniture in a professional and respectful manner. I agree not to knowingly publish false statements of fact intended to harm or damage the reputation of Johnson's Furniture, its employees, products, services, customers, or brand.

I understand that honest opinions, truthful reviews, and personal experiences are allowed.

Johnson's Furniture reserves the right to remove any participant from the competition for inappropriate conduct, harassment, illegal activity, violations of competition rules, or actions that negatively impact the integrity or reputation of the competition.

I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the competition and that Johnson's Furniture reserves the right to select participants at its discretion.
